Cancellation and Returns Policy

The products on Fynepicks are carefully curated from brands offering the best product experiences. Most of the products are handmade and made in small batches. For this reason, to ensure the protection of independent creators, and due to the nature of products, Fynepicks has a stringent return policy. All sales are final unless the order delivered falls under any one of the following categories:

1. The Order was not shipped within the “Expected Shipping Time” mentioned against the product

2. The product delivered has a manufacturing defect

3. The product delivered doesn’t work

4. The product delivered has missing parts

5. The product delivered is damaged

6. The package is tampered with

7. The order delivered is the wrong quantity

8. The shipped product is expired (for edibles)

9. The product delivered is not what the customer had ordered

10 The product delivered is the wrong variant (different size/ style)
Colour: Return requests due to a slight variation in the shade of colour is not approved as colours appear different on different electronic screens.

If the product delivered meets one or more of the above-mentioned conditions, a return request should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product. However, if the Seller has a store-level returns policy that accepts returns due to unsatisfactory product experience or due to any other reason the same shall be fulfilled by the Seller.
